2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B), protagonist of NieR: Automata, is depicted in a tender, close embrace with 9S, her combat partner and fellow Android. She wears her iconic gothic-lolita black dress with a blindfold, white gloves, and thigh-high boots, while 9S is shown in his signature dark, flowing outfit with gold accents and glasses. The digital illustration portrays a quiet, moody moment, contrasting the usual combat-driven narrative of the post-apocalyptic world created by Yoko Taro and PlatinumGames under Square Enix. This fan art emphasizes the emotional depth between the two characters, highlighting their complex relationship beyond the battlefield. The clean, dramatic composition focuses on their connection, rendered in a polished digital-art style.
