2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B), protagonist of NieR: Automata, is depicted in a close, intimate embrace with 9S, their faces nearly touching in a soft kiss. The digital illustration captures their iconic gothic-lolita and military-inspired outfits, with 2B’s signature black dress, gloves, and blindfold visible, while 9S’s white hair and blue accents contrast against the muted gray background. The mood is deeply emotional and tender, a rare moment of vulnerability for the androids of the post-apocalyptic world created by Yoko Taro and PlatinumGames under Square Enix. This fan art highlights the complex bond between the YoRHa androids, blending themes of sacrifice and connection within the game’s narrative. The artwork’s soft brushwork and moody lighting emphasize the intimacy of the scene, making it a standout piece in the NieR: Automata fan art community.
