2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B), protagonist of NieR: Automata, is shown in a series of four digital illustrations alongside 9S, capturing intimate and emotionally charged interactions. The artwork features close-up expressions—smiling, blushing, and tender gestures—highlighting their complex bond within the post-apocalyptic world created by Yoko Taro and PlatinumGames. Rendered in a clean, minimalist anime style with soft shading, the pieces emphasize the gothic-lolita aesthetic of their black uniforms, blindfold, and gloves. This fan art explores the psychological depth of their relationship, a core theme in the Square Enix game, through subtle body language and emotional nuance. The digital illustration style, marked by expressive eyes and minimal backgrounds, focuses attention on the characters’ connection, making it compelling for fans of NieR: Automata and Android-driven narratives.
