2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B), protagonist of NieR: Automata, is depicted in a playful, close-up digital illustration with her signature blue hair styled in twin tails, now adorned with red and black cat ears. She wears a cozy gray turtleneck sweater and gently holds her cheeks with a cheerful, closed-eye smile, creating a warm and endearing mood. This fan art reimagines the typically stoic android in a cute, non-combat context, contrasting her usual gothic-lolita military outfit and blindfold with a more casual, approachable look. The artwork, rendered in a clean anime style, highlights her expressive eyes and soft features, showcasing the versatility of 2B’s character within the PlatinumGames and Square Enix universe. Created by an artist on a Chinese social platform, this piece exemplifies the global fan engagement with Yoko Taro’s post-apocalyptic world through digital illustration.
