2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B), protagonist of NieR: Automata, appears in a chibi-style digital illustration alongside 9S, both depicted with their signature white hair and black gothic-lolita outfits, standing on a rocky platform. The scene features a large, round, beige machine adorned with a pink bow and glowing green eyes, holding a blue heart-shaped object, creating a playful and affectionate mood. This fan art, created by Catfish in 2017, reimagines the post-apocalyptic world of NieR: Automata with a lighthearted, cartoonish aesthetic, contrasting the game’s usual dark themes. The artwork blends elements of the YoRHa androids and machines in a whimsical, non-combat context, showcasing the creative freedom of digital illustration within the PlatinumGames and Square Enix universe. This piece exemplifies the diverse interpretations found in NieR: Automata fan art, from dramatic to cute.
