2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B), protagonist of NieR: Automata, appears in a relaxed, non-combat setting alongside 9S, both depicted in a fan art comic panel. She wears a gothic-lolita inspired blouse with a corseted front, a departure from her standard military outfit, while 9S is dressed in a formal suit, holding a coffee cup. The scene takes place indoors in a modern office environment, with dialogue indicating a shared lunch break before 9S is startled by a sudden dark portal opening in the floor. This digital illustration reimagines the characters from PlatinumGames' acclaimed game in a mundane, humanizing context, contrasting their usual post-apocalyptic missions. Created by fan artist DangerousRide, the artwork blends the emotional depth of Yoko Taro’s narrative with a lighthearted, intimate moment between the androids.
