2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B), protagonist of NieR: Automata, is depicted in a chibi art style alongside 9S, both in their signature black gothic-lolita outfits with blindfolds, standing on a pink platform. The scene features a jester-like character with polka-dot hats and glowing eyes holding a cluster of colorful balloons, creating a playful contrast to the usual post-apocalyptic mood of the game. This digital illustration by Catfish, created in 2017, blends the dark themes of PlatinumGames' NieR: Automata with a lighthearted, almost childlike aesthetic, showcasing the versatility of fan art. The artwork, presented as part of a 'stamp mania' series, highlights the enduring appeal of these Android characters from Yoko Taro's universe, reimagined in a cute, accessible form.
