2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B), protagonist of NieR: Automata, is depicted in a tender moment with 9S, her fellow YoRHa android, under a vast starry sky. She kneels beside him as he lies in a bed of white flowers, her signature black blindfold replaced by a white flower accessory, and her gothic-lolita outfit rendered in soft, dark tones. The scene evokes a poignant, peaceful mood within the game’s post-apocalyptic world, contrasting the usual combat-driven narrative. Created by a fan artist, this digital illustration highlights the emotional depth of the characters developed by PlatinumGames and Square Enix under Yoko Taro’s vision. The artwork blends themes of loss, connection, and serenity, showcasing 2B’s humanity beyond her military role.
