2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B), protagonist of NieR: Automata, is depicted alongside 9S in a tranquil, overgrown forest environment, evoking the game's post-apocalyptic world. Both characters wear their signature combat outfits with large military-style backpacks, and one has a white flower in her hair, adding a touch of tenderness to the scene. The digital illustration captures a peaceful, introspective moment, contrasting the usual combat focus of the PlatinumGames title developed by Yoko Taro and Square Enix. The soft lighting and natural setting highlight the emotional depth of the YoRHa androids, rendered in a style that blends gothic-lolita elements with futuristic military design. This fan art exemplifies the enduring appeal of NieR: Automata's characters and themes.
