2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B), protagonist of NieR: Automata, is shown in a dynamic line art sketch alongside 9S, both in casual, non-combat attire with ribbed outfits and boots, suggesting a rare moment of downtime. The artwork features a clean, expressive digital illustration style with minimal shading, emphasizing character design over environment. The presence of a smaller, seated figure in the background adds narrative depth, hinting at themes of connection and memory within the post-apocalyptic world created by Yoko Taro and PlatinumGames. This fan art captures the emotional complexity of the YoRHa androids, rendered in a gothic-lolita inspired aesthetic without the usual combat gear. Created as a digital illustration, it reflects the enduring popularity of the Square Enix franchise among fans and artists.
