2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B), protagonist of NieR: Automata, is depicted in three distinct expressions in this digital illustration. The left panel shows her with her signature blindfold, hand to her lips in a surprised gesture, wearing her standard combat attire with a military-style sash. The central image features her without the blindfold, holding a small bird gently on her finger, her expression soft and contemplative, highlighting a rare moment of peace. The right panel portrays her with a headband, looking down with a somber expression, emphasizing the emotional weight of her role as an Android in a post-apocalyptic world. This fan art, created in a clean digital illustration style, captures the duality of 2B’s character—combat-ready soldier and vulnerable being—within the universe crafted by PlatinumGames and Square Enix under Yoko Taro’s vision.
