2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B), protagonist of NieR: Automata, is depicted in a dramatic, low-angle pose, gripping her ornate katana with both hands, her signature blindfold and black gothic-lolita outfit accentuated by the monochrome filter. The scene is set in a misty, sun-dappled forest, evoking the game’s post-apocalyptic world, with a mechanical enemy figure glowing faintly in the background. This digital illustration captures the tension and solitude central to the PlatinumGames title, created under Yoko Taro’s vision and published by Square Enix. The artwork blends the military precision of YoRHa with the haunting beauty of the ruined Earth, rendered in high-contrast grayscale. A powerful piece of fan art that highlights 2B’s role as an Android soldier in a world of machines and despair.
