2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B), protagonist of NieR: Automata, is depicted in a vulnerable, kneeling pose amidst a desolate, debris-strewn landscape, evoking the game’s post-apocalyptic world. Her iconic black gothic-lolita outfit is torn and stained, with her blindfold still in place, while her silver hair flows upward as she tilts her head back in a moment of sorrow or defiance. A katana and heavy rifle lie beside her, symbols of her combat role as a YoRHa android, contrasting with the quiet, melancholic mood. This digital illustration, created by a fan artist, captures the emotional depth and visual style characteristic of PlatinumGames’ masterpiece under Yoko Taro’s direction, blending military precision with haunting beauty. The barbed wire border and muted tones reinforce the oppressive atmosphere of the game’s world.
