2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B), protagonist of NieR: Automata, is depicted in a melancholic, seated pose within a cold, snow-dusted industrial environment. She wears a dark, oversized jacket over a gothic-lolita inspired outfit with striped thigh-highs, her signature blindfold obscuring her eyes as she gently holds her hair. The soft, diffused lighting and falling snow evoke a mood of introspection and solitude, contrasting with her usual combat-ready persona. This digital illustration by a fan artist captures the emotional depth of the PlatinumGames and Square Enix title, reflecting Yoko Taro’s themes of identity and existence in a post-apocalyptic world. The artwork highlights 2B’s duality as both a YoRHa android and a being capable of profound vulnerability.
