2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B), protagonist of NieR: Automata, is shown in a rare tranquil moment alongside 9S, both seated by a glowing pond in a serene, post-apocalyptic landscape. 2B wears her signature black gothic-lolita outfit with a blindfold, boots, and gloves, her posture relaxed yet vigilant, while 9S holds a fishing rod with a gentle, contemplative expression. The soft pastel sky and shimmering water create a mood of quiet intimacy, contrasting the usual combat-focused themes of the PlatinumGames title. This digital illustration captures a tender, humanizing side of the androids, reflecting the emotional depth crafted by Yoko Taro and Square Enix. A standout piece of fan art that reimagines the NieR: Automata universe with warmth and artistic finesse.
