2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B), protagonist of NieR: Automata, is portrayed in a whimsical digital illustration with her iconic purple hair and expressive eyes, now without her blindfold. She wears a gothic-lolita-inspired outfit featuring a voluminous white frilly collar, contrasting with her usual military attire. Her hands are playfully pulling her cheeks, creating a soft, almost childlike expression that subverts her usual stoic demeanor. This fan art reimagines the PlatinumGames character in a more intimate, emotional context, highlighting the emotional depth explored in Yoko Taro's narrative. The artwork, rendered in a polished digital style, captures a rare moment of vulnerability for the Android soldier, blending themes of humanity and artificiality central to the Square Enix game.
