2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B), protagonist of NieR: Automata, is shown in a tender, side-profile moment with 9S, her fellow YoRHa android. She wears her signature black gothic-lolita outfit with a blindfold, extending her hand toward 9S, who stands on a dark platform holding his sword aloft. Her lower body is dissolving into pixelated fragments, suggesting digital decay or emotional fragmentation, set against a stark white background that emphasizes their isolation. The artwork, rendered in a clean digital illustration style, captures the melancholic beauty and existential themes central to Yoko Taro’s narrative, developed by PlatinumGames and Square Enix. This fan art highlights the deep bond between the two androids within the post-apocalyptic world of NieR: Automata.
