2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B), protagonist of NieR: Automata, is depicted in a stark black-and-white digital illustration, split into two horizontal panels showing her profile from different angles. Her signature short blonde hair, blindfold, and high-collared gothic-lolita outfit are rendered with expressive linework, emphasizing her solemn expression. The minimalist composition, with bold black bars and the text 'Afterall, my wish has never been granted,' evokes the post-apocalyptic themes and existential weight central to Yoko Taro's narrative. Created as fan art, this piece captures the emotional depth of the PlatinumGames and Square Enix title, showcasing 2B’s inner conflict through a moody, dramatic aesthetic.
