2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B), protagonist of NieR: Automata, is depicted in a tender embrace with 9S, her fellow YoRHa android, in this monochrome digital illustration. The artwork captures their close bond through a tight, intimate pose, with 2B's signature blindfold and gothic-lolita black dress clearly visible, while 9S wears his standard combat outfit. Rendered in high-contrast black and white with delicate line work, the piece evokes a quiet, moody atmosphere that contrasts with the game's post-apocalyptic setting. Created by a fan artist, this digital illustration highlights the emotional depth of PlatinumGames' narrative, crafted under Yoko Taro and Square Enix. The small heart above them adds a subtle romantic layer to the scene, emphasizing the connection between the two AI characters.
