2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B), protagonist of NieR: Automata, is depicted in a striking digital illustration, seated and cradling a grotesque, smiling skull mask. She wears her iconic black gothic-lolita outfit, complete with blindfold, gloves, and choker, embodying the post-apocalyptic aesthetic of the PlatinumGames title developed by Yoko Taro and Square Enix. The image captures a dramatic, introspective mood, contrasting her calm expression with the macabre object she holds, hinting at themes of identity and existentialism. This fan art, rendered in a clean digital illustration style, highlights 2B’s dual nature as both combat android and vulnerable being within the NieR: Automata universe.
