2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B), protagonist of NieR: Automata, stands poised in a desolate, rain-slicked alleyway between crumbling skyscrapers, embodying the game’s post-apocalyptic aesthetic. She wears her iconic black gothic-lolita combat outfit with thigh-high boots, gloves, and blindfold, holding a katana while a second sword floats beside her, glowing with a halo-like ring. The scene captures a dramatic, moody atmosphere, enhanced by the industrial decay and soft backlighting, reflecting the emotional weight of her mission as a YoRHa android. This digital illustration, created by artist DINO, highlights the visual depth of the PlatinumGames title, developed under Yoko Taro’s vision for Square Enix. The artwork exemplifies high-quality fan art that resonates with the series’ themes of war, identity, and solitude.
