2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B), protagonist of NieR: Automata, is depicted in a contemplative seated pose amidst crumbling ruins, her silver hair flowing around her face. She wears her signature black gothic-lolita outfit with white accents, long gloves, and thigh-high boots, her blindfold removed to reveal her piercing green eye. A large sword rests beside her, while a glowing, mechanical structure looms in the background, reinforcing the post-apocalyptic world created by PlatinumGames and Square Enix under Yoko Taro’s vision. The digital illustration uses dramatic lighting and a moody color palette to convey solitude and resilience, common themes in the NieR: Automata narrative. This fan art captures the essence of 2B’s role as a combat android within the YoRHa unit, blending beauty with the harshness of her environment.
