2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B), protagonist of NieR: Automata, stands center stage in a dramatic, post-apocalyptic battlefield, flanked by 9S and A2 as they confront a horde of defeated machines. She wears her signature black gothic-lolita outfit, complete with blindfold, gloves, and combat boots, wielding a long sword with a confident, poised stance. The setting is a ruined cityscape overgrown with vegetation, with flickering fires and falling embers adding to the moody, industrial-aesthetic atmosphere. This digital illustration captures the essence of the PlatinumGames and Square Enix title, emphasizing the themes of war, AI, and human-machine conflict under Yoko Taro’s narrative vision. The fan art showcases a high level of detail and dramatic lighting, typical of high-quality digital illustrations in the NieR: Automata community.
