2B (YoRHa No.2 Type B), protagonist of NieR: Automata, is depicted in a surreal fan art piece where her head is replaced with a metallic, grinning orb, set against a cartoonish background. The character wears her signature blue military-style coat with gold trim, a red neckerchief, and gloves, maintaining core elements of her gothic-lolita-inspired outfit. The scene blends the post-apocalyptic themes of the PlatinumGames game with absurd humor, creating a jarring yet memorable visual. This digital illustration, while not traditional, reflects the deep fan engagement with the character and the world created by Yoko Taro and Square Enix. The image serves as a creative reinterpretation of 2B, showcasing how fan art can reimagine iconic characters in unexpected contexts.
