We claim no ownership of any artwork displayed here. Copyright in each work remains with its original creator. Copyright in the underlying character design, name, and setting remains with Square Enix / PlatinumGames.

We grant no licence of any kind in respect of third-party works. Nothing on this site should be read as permission to copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit any image. If you wish to use a work, contact its creator directly.

Where a work is submitted by its own creator, the creator retains full copyright and grants us only a revocable, non-exclusive right to display it on this site. That permission may be withdrawn at any time by written request.

4. Attribution

If you appear in a photograph on this site and want it removed — for any reason, including no reason — email admin@gallery.sitewith the URL. We do not require proof, argument, or a copyright claim. Such requests are actioned within 48 hours and the image is not restored.

6.3 Other objections

Requests concerning privacy, personality/publicity rights, non-consensual imagery, or misattribution: admin@gallery.site. Treated with the same priority as 6.2.

7. Counter-Notice

If your submitted work was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. §512(g) containing: identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; your name, address and telephone number; your consent to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the district in which your address is located, or, if outside the United States, of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found; and your signature.

Material may be restored 10–14 business days after a valid counter-notice unless the complainant notifies us of a court action.

8. AI-Generated Content

Images produced with generative tools are labelled as such on their pages. We remove AI-generated work on request from any artist whose style or works were identifiably used, without requiring proof of legal infringement.
